Benaroya Hall

 

Opened in 1998, Benaroya Hall is a crown jewel in the heart of downtown Seattle. The 2,500-seat auditorium blends glorious acoustics and architecture to create an unparalleled aesthetic experience. Dark woods, coffered ceiling panels, and excellent sightlines give the concert hall a feeling of intimacy, connecting each member of the audience to the stage. It is truly one of the world’s finest concert halls.

*Please note that children under 5 years of age are not permitted to attend events at Benaroya Hall

*The Seattle Symphony and Benaroya Hall will require proof of full vaccinations for all event attendees. Exceptions are being made for children younger than 12 years and people with a medical condition or closely held religious belief that prevents vaccination. Those individuals must have proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 48 hours of the performance start time, or a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 24 hours of the performance start time. Additionally, masking will be required for patrons and employees inside the venue regardless of vaccination status.

Benaroya Hall staff will check for proof of vaccination and negative COVID-19 tests at the doors as a condition of entry. Those without documentation will not be admitted to the performance. 

Parking

We recommend using the Benaroya Hall parking garage. The entrance is on the east side of 2nd Avenue between Union and University streets. Use the elevators located in the southeast corner to access the lobby. 

Additional parking garages include:

  • The Cobb Building (enter on University Street between 3rd and 4th avenues)
  • The Russell Investments Center (enter on Union Street between 1st and 2nd avenues)
