Please join the Seattle Men’s Chorus/Seattle Women’s Chorus (SMC|SWC) on Saturday, April 13, 2024 for its Annual Gala Dinner and Auction at The Seattle Marriott Waterfront Hotel. This newly reimagined event will feature amazing live entertainment, silent and live auctions, and being that it’s a disco themed event – attire that harkens back to those amazing years when Disco was all the rage is highly encouraged. Disco Inferno is destined to be a sell-out as leaders from business, community, and local arts organizations continue to join together in celebrating the amazing legacy and future of SMC|SWC.

Co-Title Sponsorship ($15,000) (1)
The Co-Title Sponsor serves as the cornerstone of all event promotion and productions. As such, the Co-Title Sponsors are named in all event promotion, including media alerts, all appropriate event collateral (e.g. save the date, invitations), in media interviews, general announcements to thousands of SMC|SWC constituents before the event, and is the centerpiece of event-day marketing at the dinner.
On site promotion includes:
- Corporate name/logo on all event signage, including the step and repeat backdrop, assuring event guests will be photographed with your logo.
- Corporate promotional marketing space/table at the event
- Multiple mentions from the stage, as well as on-screen presence throughout the duration of the event.
- A Full-page digital ad in 2024 SMC|SWC Spring and Pride Concerts.

The Supporting Sponsor(s) are an integral element of the event, lending its name as the “Opening Reception Sponsor(s).” The reception includes one celebratory cocktail and marketing brand ownership over the registration and silent auction.
The Supporting Sponsor(s) will also receive the benefit of being prominently posted on the SMC|SWC website, save the date and invitation, listed as Supporting Sponsor(s) for the entire pre-promotion cycle, plus a post-event celebratory web page featured through the end of the 2023/24 fiscal year.
