Billie is described as “…charisma, a light touch & a soaring voice;” “…a beautiful powerful talent;” “killer pipes;” and “…a cross between Marilyn Monroe & Audrey Totter…” This is a concert that will keep your toes tapping, hands clapping, with an 11:00 o’clock number that will have you on your feet!
