Marion Oliver McCaw Hall at Seattle Center is one of the region’s premier performance venues. McCaw Hall opened in June 2003 as a renovation of the Seattle Opera House, made possible by a partnership between Pacific Northwest Ballet, Seattle Opera, Seattle Center, and the Seattle Center Foundation. The Hall is owned by the City of Seattle and operated by Seattle Center.

Directions

From I-5

  • Take the Mercer Street exit (#167).
  • Continue onto Mercer Street and proceed 1.2 miles.
  • McCaw is located on your left, between 4th Ave. and 3rd Ave.

From 99 Southbound

  • Turn right onto Valley Street.
  • Turn left onto 5th Avenue N.
  • Turn right onto Mercer Street.
  • McCaw is located on your left, between 4th Ave. and 3rd Ave.

From 99 Northbound

  • Turn right onto Aloha Street.
  • Turn right onto Dexter Avenue.
  • Turn right onto Mercer.
  • The Playhouse is located on your left, between 3rd Ave. and 2nd Ave.

Parking

The closest structure is the Mercer Street Garage, with entrance on 3rd Avenue. Conveniently located across the street from McCaw Hall, this structure features a covered skybridge that provides easy access between level C of the garage and the Hall.
