We’re at it again. Seattle Women's Chorus and Seattle Men's Chorus are about to raise the curtain on another thrilling season.
These days we’re standing taller, singing louder, and laughing harder. It’s good for the soul. We’re celebrating all the things that are best about Seattle. We’re dreaming of a future more luminous than anything we’ve imagined, and our songs will light the way.
We’re the voice of hope, the voice of peace, the voice of love, the voice of the LGBTQ experience. Could such a voice ever be silenced? Not in our town. -Paul
Seattle Women's Chorus - Saint Mark's Cathedral
Every social movement in modern history has been accompanied by music that rouses the masses, speaks truth to power, and cements public consciousness. This fall, SWC brings heart and soul to songs of protest and social justice that have been inspired by such movements as anti-war, human rights, and the 2017 Women’s March. Featuring “Beautiful City” from Godspell, “Where Have All the Flowers Gone,” “This Land is Your Land,” and presenting the Northwest Girlchoir.
Seattle Men's Chorus - Benaroya Hall
It’s not the holidays in Seattle without the most welcoming celebration of the season - and this year, we’ve infused your favorite carols and beloved classics with the warmth of brass and a pinch of sass! Featuring a soaring gospel arrangement of “Joy to the World,” the cheeky and cheerful “A Super Gay Christmas,” plus a down and dirty Dixie styling of “Let It Snow.”
